The short version
- 86 named facilities and spaces, grouped into the Island Club (32), the Grand Clubhouse (32) and the Wellness Club (22).
- Two 50m lap pools: the Infinity Lap Pool (about 8 lanes) and the Canopy Lap Pool (5 lanes).
- Six function rooms, a tennis court, multi-purpose courts, four gyms, a Pilates studio and a golf simulator.
- Dedicated spaces for children and pets.
With 1,268 homes sharing the grounds, Thomson Reserve spreads its facilities across three clubs rather than one central clubhouse. That planning choice affects how the development feels day to day, so it is worth understanding before you visit. Everything below comes from the developer's site plan and factsheet and is subject to change.
Island Club: 32 named spaces
The Island Club is organised around water. At the 1st storey the focus shifts to families: the Grand Arrival, three Forest Grill pavilions, the Forest Quest Playground, a play lawn, the Forest Gym and a Paw Garden with its own pavilion.

How to judge the facilities when you visit
- Look at the site plan, not just the renders. The renders are artist's impressions. The numbered site plan on our facilities page shows where everything sits.
- Think about distance from your block. With three clubs, the nearest club to your stack becomes your everyday facility.
- Ask about booking systems and opening hours. With 1,268 homes, function rooms and courts may need advance booking.
- Match facilities to your life. Lap swimmers, families with young children, remote workers and pet owners will each care about different clubs.
- Remember the maintenance fee. More facilities generally mean more to maintain. Ask for the estimated monthly fee for your unit type.
