What to check on the floor plan

  • Position of the household shelter, kitchen and yard
  • Balcony location and size, and whether it faces the building's greenery or other blocks
  • Bedroom sizes, not just the total area
  • Which stack you are choosing, and the unit beside you
  • The private enclosed space, if you are considering a "p" type

Our unit types page shows a sample floor plan for each main type. We can send the complete set.
